The property is great, bed was comfy, all the amenities of a hotel but we got a studio apartment. Everything was walkable and our porch was on the water 10/10. Only improvement i would recommend is the check in process. They send an email but it isn't from fred tibbs, its a random phishing looking email with attachments and no body or subject line. In that email in VERY fine print are the instructions to pick up the keys from the motel at the entrance to town. All in all once you read the email, fantastic stay. The people were great too - will stay here again for sure!

Our room wasn’t cleaned at all. The bed, kitchen, and bathroom are all dirty. Nobody was at the front desk and they didn’t pick up our calls. We’ve never seen anything like this before. This is totally unacceptable. We would give negative star if we could!
