Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, ensuring privacy and ample space. Additionally, we provide registration with the Pocono Farm Country Club (open from the last week of May to the first week of September). You’ll have access to the club’s pool, lake, and sports facilities, with 6 free passes included in your stay. Extra passes can be purchased directly from the clubhouse.

Heating Information
In line with Pennsylvania state regulations, we provide heating from October 1st to May 15th. During this period, we maintain a minimum temperature of 65°F from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM and 60°F overnight. Additional heating is available when outdoor temperatures drop below 0°F. After May 15th, we offer minimal heating for your comfort.
