Renovated Blue Gem House is about 2 hours from New York or Philly and close to these Pocono attractions:

It's right on the Dresser lake (1 min walk). We provide free kayaks and a paddleboard to our guests during May-September.

The house is perfect for families or friend groups. There is a full bathroom on each floor, with 2 master bedrooms on each floor.

Huge back patio and swings for kids. Parks 3 cars.

We welcome well-behaved dogs with a pet fee of $75 per stay.

We know how precious your time off is and tried to think through every detail to make this house comfortable for our guests looking for a 5-star experience. Feel free to reach out before your stay in case you have questions or special requests.

Our home has 2022 kitchen appliances, soft linens and towels, and some original art. Italian leather sofas are not new but are still in great shape and comfortable to sit on while watching TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with basic supplies like cooking oil, salt&pepper, and spices. We also provide a variety of tea and coffee.

Both bathrooms are well stocked with body wash and shampoo. Bath towels are regularly replaced with new ones to ensure guests feel pampered.

Two smart TVs allow multiple streaming services like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. One TV is in the master bedroom; another one is in the living room.

A huge back deck, equipped with a grill and a table for 6-8, is perfect for evening relaxation while watching kids play at their "personal" playground during warmer months.

A fire pit is there to enjoy the colder evenings! The wood gets wet from the weather if we store it on-site, so we recommend you plan to grab a pack of firewood from the nearby gas station (it's around 10 dollars).

We welcome families with kids. Baby gates, a pack-and-go crib, a playpen, and child dishware are provided for guests' convenience at no extra charge, upon request.

Guest access
Self-check-in with keyless entry. Owners must arrange a visitor pass for each car to allow guests to enter security gates.

Guests will have full access to the house, unrestricted access to Dresser lake's public side, and community amenities such as tennis courts, the personal playground with swings at the back of the house, two other community playgrounds, and a basketball court, all within minutes.

We provide multiple family games and legos for kids to enjoy.

During warm months we provide badminton (both kids and adult versions), and tennis rackets in case guests decide to play at the nearby tennis courts. For the fun on the lake, we offer two kayaks and a paddleboard, as well as safety vests for guests to enjoy for free.

The outside grill is excellent for an outdoor cookout and has a separate burner if you decide to cook outside. We provide gas and keep a spare gallon in the shed if you run out during your stay.

A fire pit is perfect for sitting around the fire during a colder evening.

Other things to note

The house was fully renovated in 2022. New kitchen cabinets, all new high-end appliances, new floors throughout the house, new master bathroom, freshly painted throughout.

Owners tried to ensure that this house is allergy free - all mattresses were bought in the summer of 2022, and there was minimal carpeting throughout the house to ensure minimal dust collection and easy cleaning. We use allergy-friendly, smell-free laundry detergent.

No parties or large gatherings in our home are allowed. The house is comfortable up to 7 people, including children/infants.

We have two additional twin mattresses for a comfortable extra sleeping option if you don't want to share a bed.
