My husband and I stayed at the hotel this April. I've been to this hotel two times before and this time the room was even better. We had a superior penthouse and it was really nice. The only issue I had was the air conditioner kept leaking but it worked. Other than that hotel staff was good, room was kept clean each day and the hotel location is awesome near everything especially beaches. Another perk they have car rental vehicles may be outdated but they work good.

We arrived at the property early. It took 5 plus hours to check us in. Property had no water that morning/afternoon. Called the hotel in an effort to book the free shuttle, no one picked up. Are paying a taxi $120 dollars and arriving to the hotel Natasha (property manager) and another young lady was right at the front desk. Clearly, they just didn't answer the phone. It gets better, while waiting for our room, I heard two employees discussing there are no clean sheets. Couples arrived after us was checked in before us. Finally in the room, NO internet access in our room, No remote for the cable box, room key did not work, master key did not work, on the third attempt the young lady had to go get the actually key to open the door. When I couldn't take it any more and address Natasha it was a disaster in the making, she is rude, disrespectful and lies. Stay far away from this hell hole, they are unorganized and has no customer service skills.

The beach was nice and secluded the staff went out of their way for my wife's birthday clean and set up room as well as dinner that also was great Thank you again staffthe beach

This hotel is pretty nice but it's location is not the best. Another time we would definitely stay on the west side of the island where there is a better choice of restaurants and beaches. The absolute nightmare with this stay was that there was construction going on about 50 feet from our room from 7am to 7 pm every day and even with the windows closed it was like living in the middle of a building site. It looks as though the construction will be going on for a while so I would definitely not plan on staying there in the near future. Although i could recommend this hotel it would only be when the construction is completed. Also, impossible to get internet service in the room and even in the lobby it was sporadic.

The staff were so helpful and nice. They really do know what there doing and that's saying something im picky i work in and a round things like this all the time so i really know what im talking about. this is a great place to go to to relax and enjoy some time away.

When we arrived we were hounded for the first hour about the number of guests. I booked I was asked how many I checked off two adults one 14yr old child. They said I had to pay for the third person. i said no I already paid. It got ugly finally I asked the Agent to leave me alone. When I checked out they charged not for the third person, but $20 per day for breakfast. The beach was not that great , there is no white sand. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. this is not a four star hotel. The room was ok you had to keep clothes in suitcase.

Was not able to do anything except relax, and that was good, it rained from Friday that I checked in thru Sunday that I checked out but the place was very clean and hospitable.

could have been more helpfull and assistive with suggestions for activities, otherwise nice quiet gettaway
