The location is good. There were no towels and when they arrived they were threadbare and had holes in them.There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling around the light fixture. The most concerning was twice someone tried to walk into my room, which is extremely unsafe.

El hotel cumple, pero la habitación es pequeña, las sábanas estaban sucias y en el desayuno “buffet” encontramos una cucaracha sobre los platos. No hacen la aclaración sobre el desayuno “continental” que está incluido en tu reserva. Además la comida era mala y se veía poco higiénica. El staff poco amigable.

The Hotel is nice and clean just a suggestion ... have an extra blanket because in this time of the year is cold and the hotel doesn't have a heater, also just check your towels some of them are really old. Other than that is close to everything, the food is good the staff are all nice.

El hotel es sencillo, tienes lo que ocupas. Sin embargo, la regadera de nuestra habitación se estanca el agua, esto es porque el piso de la regadera no cuenta con un buen sistema que lleve el agua al drenaje. Se supone que tiene Skype HD pero no logramos hacer que funcionara y solo se veía un canal del cable. Hubo algo que nos molesto mucho, y fue que aqui dice que tiene invluido el desayuno, sin embargo nos las hicieron mucho de tos diciendo que no venia incluido y una señora dijo que me imagino que pertenece al hotel, le dijo al chef que ella lo autorizaba, y nos molestó porque se supone que ya estaba autorizado. Pero bueno, la verdad no esta bueno el desayuno que ofrecían que despues de ese dia nos fuimos a desayunar mejor en otro lado. Esta bien el hotel si tu plan es estar en el centro, porque todo queda muy cerca.

La ubicación está excelente cuenta con estacionamiento amplio , la limpieza del hotel es buena Lo malo que los olores de la cocina se van a todos los pasillos del hotel y cuartos si los tienes abiertos por mucho tiempo Las presión del agua y las llaves no sirven nunca puedes alcanzar el punto medio del agua que requieres

El lugar está limpio, sin embargo no tuvimos agua caliente ni artículos de limpieza personal (sahmpoo, crema, etc). Se le comentó a la persona de la recepción pero aún así no se dió solución. El personal es amable y trataron de resolver el problema, sin éxito. Buena ubicación, sin embargo, no volveríamos por lo mismo.
