Porque el hotel no tiene personal despues de las 5 y todo el lugar es muy inseguro de noche tuve que orme a dormir a otro hotel porque no senti seguridad de quedarme en ese lugar terrible

No infirman d los reglamentos internos, no hay iluminación suficiente, nadie te recibe, el restaurante cierra muy temprano y nadie t avisa, las habitaciones no estaban listas, el check in era a las 3pm, llegamos 8pm y no estaban listas. Pésima experiencia

Bien pero el restaurante solo hasta las 6pm

Todo bien, la propiedad muy linda y al ser un club es muy amplio y con áreas verdes, campo de futbol, alberca, canchas de tenis. Muchas amenidades. Lo único que no me gustó es que en el restaurante dejan de servir alimentos antes de las 6pm. si llegas después ya solo hay postres y café. Entonces no hay nada para cenar o si te quedaste en la alberca y quieres comer tarde ya no tendrás oportunidad de comer nada y tampoco hay nada a las afueras del club como para salir a comprar.

El proceso de check in y out fue lento ya que tienen al personal de limpieza haciendo las funciones de recepción. La habitación no la recomendaría ni volvería, hay demasiado ruido, se escucha todo el tiempo las regaderas de otros, las bombas de agua, voces en el pasillo y todo absolutamente todo se escucha fuerte, se supone que es un lugar tranquilo, pero no existe el aislamiento acústico ni el diseño de tener la maquinaria lejos de las habitaciones.
