Romantic Villa Kornati is stone house situated on island Pašman with a beautiful view on national park Kornati. The villa is surrounded by pure nature, next-door neighbor is 2 km away, so you will experience the real peace of heaven. House is ideal for relaxation and romantic getaway from reality. House is completely new and well equiped.
VIlla is made for couples and it is surrounded by 10,000 m2. In front of the house is a covered terrace with grill and beside of the house there is a terrace for sunbathing. On terrace is jacuzzi for relaxtion and 600 meters from house is crystal blue sea without people (99% you will be alone on beach).
Electricity is solar energy, but is strong enough and produces normal 220 volts so we have lights, fridge....The water is drinkable and it is brought with water cisterne and stored in the water tank.

Ein ruhiger Ort mit genialer Aussicht

Wir verbrachten einen erholsamen, ruhigen Urlaub inmitten der Natur und mit grandioser Aussicht auf das Meer und viele Inseln. Wer Ruhe und eine erholsame Zeit sucht und nicht touristische Action, ist da richtig. Das Haus selbst ist klein, aber mit allem Nötigen gut ausgestattet und man kann sich sehr gut auf den beiden großen Terrassen aufhalten, wo man sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten findet und immer den genialen Blick in die Ferne genießen kann. Die Anfahrt ist etwas mühsam und man muss 15-20 min bis nach Tkon bzw. zur Fähre rechnen, weil die Schotter- und Betonwege mit Vorsicht und langsam gefahren werden müssen. Dafür ist man am Haus ganz für sich und hat man eine unglaubliche Stille um sich herum. Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war super.

Grandioser Ausblick inmitten der Natur

Ein sehr komfortables Robinsonhaus mit Frischwassertank und Strom gespeist von einer Photovoltaikanlage mit Baterriespeicher. Und der Whirlpool funktioniert tagsüber auch bestens. Ausstattung war ausreichend gut. Einzig ein Toaster wäre noch von Vorteil, da frisches Brot in Tkon kaufen ca. 1 Stunde Geländefahrt bedeuten würde. Wir hatten uns vorher in Biograd noch einen Toaster gekauft, und uns reichlich mit Mineralwasser und allen nötigen Lebensmitteln eingedeckt.

Erholsamer Traumurlaub auf Pasman

Wir waren 7 Tage auf der ruhigen Insel Pasman und hatten eine unglaublich schöne, wohltuende und entspannte Zeit. Die Aussicht von Villa Kornati ist atemberaubend und hat uns jeden Tag aufs neue ein Lächeln voller Dankbarkeit ins Gesicht gezaubert. Wir konnte vom ersten Moment an direkt vom Alltag abschalten und haben unsere Zeit voll und ganz genossen. Wer sich nach einer ruhigen Auszeit inmitten der Natur sehnt, wird an diesem Ort überglücklich sein. Die Kommunikation mit Adrijan lief wunderbar. Fahrt zur Villa ist etwas holprig doch mit Geduld und Vorsicht kommt man gut an. Wir empfehlen vor der Anreise in Biograd oder auf der Insel Ugljan einen Großeinkauf zu machen um dann erstmal in der Villa entspannt ankommen zu können. Es gibt zwar kleine Supermärkte (mit den nötigsten Sachen) im Zentrum Tkon (auf der anderen Seite der Insel) aber wir waren froh, dass wir uns vorher versorgt hatten und nicht jeden Tag rüber fahren mussten. Die Ausstattung auf den Terrassen ist super. Hängeschaukel, Grill und ein (unbeheizter) Whirlpool - was will man mehr? Wir waren Mitte Mai da und es war warm genug, um ins Meer zu hüpfen und sich im Whirlpool abzukühlen. Wir können Villa Kornati von ganzem Herzen empfehlen! Danke, lieber Adrijan für diesen wundervollen Ort.
