location: betina is situated on the island of murter; the island is only separated from the mainland by a narrow canal and connected by a bridge. so travelling to the island is easy, as well as to the villages on the mainland. beaches are very nice; there are popular beaches with sand, and beautiful natural bathing places (as in the picture) where you can go snorkelling or kayaking. house is situated between the village church and the sea (about 150m from the sea) flats are similar in style;
In the back there is a garden of 330 m2 with fruit and vegetable party park with several tables/chairs and barbecue facilities.

1 x The "SUMMERSPROSSE_VICI" on the 3rd floor, is the same, only that has plus a roof terrace 16m2

"SOMMERSPROSSE_VICI" is the lower floor, the same as LIBERHIMMEL, except that it has a roof terrace of 16m2. Consists of a large living room with a sleeping alcove (in which there is a four-poster bed) and shower/wc. the distribution of space through alcoves (sleeping, cooking, - ) gives a nice feeling of space. in addition to the sleeping possibilities on the double bed, there is a spacious sofa bed, so that the small flats are suitable for up to about 4 people. 30 m2 + 15 m2 roof terrace belongs to this flat only. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and basic cooking utensils (crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker and basic cooking spices). The living room is equipped with an antique wardrobe with its "history" and a few tiny pieces of antiquity "that means life" welcome ... And there is a sofa which in a moment can become a comfortable bed ( 145x195 cm ). At the other end of the app is a double bed made of pieces of oak beams GAJETA from the time of the monarchy with a canopy (160x200cm), with two ergonomic mattresses, bed linen). Nearby there is a bathroom with shower and towels. Air conditioning, wifi and satellite TV are also there to remind the world we live in .... And at the top of the house is a roof terrace with a view of the entire Betina, the sea and the tower of the church of St Frane . the village of betina is rather small, but has a long tradition linked to the sea, some fishcutters continue to bring fish ashore in the evenings, and many sailors have their sailing boats around the island and come all year round. the centre of the village (with restaurants and shopping facilities, including a colourful green market) is about 150m from the house, the nearest parking facilities are about 50m from the house (landlords have also secured parking spaces a little further away for guests). the nearest bathing facilities are about 150m from the house. i hope you like these first glimpses, and i will be happy to answer any further questions you may have or take bookings.
