New facility, good vibe & surroundings. Little hard to reach, no issues if you have vehicle. Restaurant food is great. Service needs improvement. WiFi password not shared at check in, called from room to find & associate was supposed to call back with details, never did. Locked out of room once with key access issues. Requested for early checkout, and carryon breakfast. Request got lost, need to wait at checkout time. Need improvement on service to be better

I am a repeat customer for this property. It is a wonderful oasis in the middle of a thick concrete jungle. The ambiance is contemporary and serene. Over the years I noticed the suite maintenance aging. Food is great. Breakfast is wonderful. They have good hand-crafts shopping center. The choices are excellent. Great location for resort like getaway. Need improvement in electrical and pool towels. There is no USB port in the suite. Some power outlets are loose or not holding the plug properly. Not all power sockets are international compliant. In-suite lighting could be more contemporary and inviting. Checkin was a breeze. Staff could be a bit more friendly.

Pros: Over all good hotel to stay with easy access to tirumala and Tirupathi city. Good property Cons: At times international travel credit cards won’t work at the hotel check in and hotel restaurants won’t accept international travel credit cards. There were flies found at the hotel lotus restaurant and bathroom sink has stains. Iron box was broken, with water leaking risking for electric shock. Food menu could be better.

Ambience was good. Rooms were not clean. There were many spots on the furnitures, Bathroom was not clean, there were hair, toilet seats were not clean. Unless asked for Soap bars were not kept. Somehow did not feel worth the money. We almost decided to shift the hotel.
