Rooms are modern very nicely done and clean. Sad that there is not yet breakfast room but you can receive breakfast directly to your room. Our room was on the street so a bit of noise and on the 1sr floor so we could hear the open lobby. We did sleep but if you like quiet ask for a room on the other side. A lot of potential in this new hotel.
