Great location, nice clean area. Buildings look aesthetically pleasing and a nice park right opposite to walk in. There are market and money exhange shops on ground floor for convenience, really helps visitors from abroad. Host had great communication and sent clear video instructions to help find apartment. Only downside was that apartment was smaller than it looked on picture but the rest was good

Exceptional Stay – 10/10 Our 6-night stay at The Rooms Apartment in Tirana was excellent. The property was spotless, very well equipped, and felt warm and homely throughout our visit. We would like to highlight Jorida, who was responsible for guest care. She was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring we felt comfortable and well looked after during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return on our next trip to Tirana. Highly recommended!

Lovely accomodation, great communication from the owners, great location, fair price. Only possible quibble is the pool is just a discount on a local health centre and not included in the price. That aside - recommend highly.

Easy access to the park and to the Block. I love Tony’s restaurant and we went there twice. This property requires a lot of communication because you have to get the key from a lockbox and limited parking. Shower was confusing to operate. There’s an additional step to check in as well as to pay the tax, both further complicating things.

Our stay at the Apartment definitely exceeded our expectations. It is located in one of the best parts of Tirana, close to the amazing lake and all the shops which makes accessing everything much easier and so convenient if someone is looking for both sightseeing the city and spending some nature in the park. Apartment is very spacious with all needed facilities: all rooms are air conditioned which helps when the days get hotter. The communication with the reception staff is superb and all queries are answered very quickly. There is even option to leave the bags in the reception at check out if needed. Additional perk is the access to the swimming pool, gym and spa so whether for leisure, sightseeing or trying to get some quiet time, I can definitely recommend this place.

I had a one week stay at The Rooms in May. Initially I'd booked March but due to London Heathrow closing and flight cancellation, I requested a change of date. It was a chaotic time with 150,000 flight cancellations and while Expedia were very helpful and managed to change my flight they said that wasn't possible to change dates for the accommodation so I contacted The Rooms direct. They were incredibly helpful, even though it was a last minute request, and changed the booking for me. The apartment was smart and well equipped, with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. There's a small supermarket providing most things you'd need in the courtyard, and a corner shop opposite with some fresh fruit and veg, as well as some larger shops and market stalls 5-10 minutes walk. Access to the sports centre is nice. The gym is excellent and pool is lovely, though a bit too busy for my liking. There are some decent coffee shops etc around the area too. The team managing the property was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive; mostly via WhatsApp. For me perhaps the best thing is the location, being across the road from the lake - a beautiful place to walk and watch the sunset in the evenings. A big thumbs up for The Rooms, I'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Great location, over restaurants & across from a shop. The appartments are not the appartments in the first photos shown when you see the details for the property, but further down the road. The swimming pool & gym is an extra charge with a limit of 4 hours. Jorida in reception is super friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants & shops.

Had a long weekend stay here with family. There was 4 of us and the apartment was very spacious with two rooms. Our host was very friendly and helpful. She assisted with parking information and made herself available when we had questions. Enjoyed our stay.

A great apartment. The space is large, the flat brand new and in a really nice complex. It was about a 30 minute walk to the tourist sites and there is a nice shopping area nearby with bakeries, grocery, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the appliances new, The only downside was the place is a little hard to find the first time, get your taxi driver to call in to get directions. The building is also a little empty with some construction going on, so it can occasionally be noisy, not too bad and only during working hours. Great place to stay, I recommend the apartment,

The property is very clean and i cant fault it.Location just a mile from city centre local shops and supermarkets around.Dental clinic on 1st floor very good as well

The Apartment was very nice, great communication with the Renter. It’s still under construction so it is a little noisy the surrounding area.

Very clean and spacious apartment, ideal for family stay. Location is good, with easy access into central Tirana , the nearby lake or getting out of town for excursions. Facility wise, it would be nicer if the balcony is facing the lake rather than inner court. Swimming pool/ hot tub are a bit expensive to use.
