Excellent hotel and good value for money

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was the quietest hotel room I’ve stayed in in a long time and a really comfortable bed, both of which made getting good nights sleep after long days of tours effortless and very much appreciated. Room was very clean and cleaned daily throughout my 5 day stay. Lots of amenities around the hotel. Great facilities with an in house restaurant, room service and breakfast included. Good value for money as well. Very happy with my stay here and would be very happy to return here

A good hotel and fairly well positioned to walk into the city. Not a lot around the immediate area and it lacked a bit of character (like Tirana itself). The hotel was decent although a bit noisy due to the positioning of the room I was in. The bathroom also had a bit of a bad water odour (suspect the drains needed a proper clean). Staff were friendly and breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were good (a bonus as the surrounding area didn’t have many good options). Overall it was a decent hotel option if visiting Tirana

A decent stop over in Tirana compared to what else you might find. Property is illuminated by spotlights which also illuminated the room all night, making for a difficult sleep. Car parking listed as 'included' but there are only about 5 spaces and no alternative safe option in this city. Restaurant food is basic for the price charged, and the chefs seem to think hammering away at a meat carcass is an acceptable thing to do at 8pm while guests are dining, causing an unpleasant noise that resulted in us leaving the restaurant early.

No complementary water, limited parking, poor breakfast - at 830am all glasses and cutlery were gone and almost all food. Room was big, but nothing special. Elevator slow and ISO 9001 certificate displayed throughout the hotel expired in 2021...
