Hotel poniżej oczekiwań. Zdecydowanie nie odpowiada standardowi BW Premier. Braki w konserwacji wyposażenia i urządzeń w pokoju. Śniadanie kiepskie. Produkty wyglądające na nieświeże. Internet beznadziejny. Postępowanie z reklamacjami poniżej krytyki. Musiałem interweniować w centrali BW aby uzyskać zwrot nadpłaconej kwoty. Zdecydowanie odradzam!
To nie jest tendencyjna opinia. W ciagu roku odwiedzam dziesiatki hoteli i naogół wystawiam bardzo pozytywne opinie. Nie mam wygórowanych oczekiwań ale ten hotel pobił wszelkie rekordy.

Nära till huvudstråket
Trevligt hotell med 5-10 minuters promenad till huvudstråket i Tirana. Via bokningen så ingår tydligen inte hotell-momsen (20%) som vi var tvungna att betala innan vi fick åka. Trots det så var upplevelsen klart positiv.
