Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (22 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 3.5 km, pebble beach 20 km, rocky beach 20 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Adrenalin park 8 km.
