Villa Gita is located near the idyllic village of Tinjan in Istrian hinterland and spreads over two floors and 120 m2. It has a large private garden (1200 m2) with a swimming pool (32 m2), a sundeck, children's playground, private parking space, outside dining area and bbq. The Villa consists of three separate, comfortable and fully air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen and a covered porch with garden furniture in front of the pool. At your disposal is also a large Sat-Tv, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, smoothie-maker, microwave, coffee-machine. The villa is very modernly and lovingly furnished and ideal for families with kids.

The picturesque Tinjan, and Grintavica, at the heart of the Istrian inland are located some 22 km east of one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region, Porec. The romantic city of Vrsar is some 12 km away. The area is perfect for guests who enjoy an active vacation as there are numerous well-marked trekking and biking trails all around Tinjan. In a short 30 m car ride you will reach the wonderful beaches of Porec. Wine lovers and foodies will find all they desire in Tinjan.
