Villa Leni Kringa is located in the central part of Istria, near Tinjan and Pazin, as well as close to Pore. The villa offers peace and privacy for up to 5 people who can spend their time here and enjoy the unique Istrian landscape. The outdoor area of the house consists of a large terrace where you can prepare traditional Istrian dishes on the barbecue, a swimming pool that provides refreshment in summer temperatures and sun loungers where you can relax and catch the sun's rays. From the terrace you have direct access to the inner part of the house. On the ground floor of the fully air-conditioned villa there is a spacious living room with a cosy sofa and TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cubicle.
