Als erstes wie schon von den Vorgängern beschrieben ist alles wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Gaby war immer freundlich und ehrlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmsten empfehlen. Besuch in Hamburg, Lübeck alles in Nähe. Schöne Radwege und Zufall Hafenfest in Niendorf

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Ferienhaus. Es war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten Ende August super Wetter und konnten jeden Tag gemütlich draußen Frühstücken. Das Häuschen liegt ca. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und auch andere sehenswerte Ziele sind gut erreichbar. Bei Bedarf sind sogar zwei Stellplätze am Haus verfügbar. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub an der Ostsee.

Wir waren für 7 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, das Haus vollständig ausgestattet und größtenteils gepflegt. Man kann hier die Seele baumeln lassen und die Akkus wieder aufladen. Der große Garten mit Feuerstelle ist für eine Familie mit Kind und Hund wirklich super. Hier gibt es nichts zu beklagen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vorab war problemlos.Innen gibt es am Haus nichts auszusetzen. Im Gartenbereich sind ein paar Dinge jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. So hängt die Hängematte durch, ein Schirmständer der mit Wasser befüllt werden muss ist undicht und beim anderen aus Granit ist die Schirmaufnahme sehr locker. Die Feuerstelle wurde nicht gereinigt und somit mussten erstmal Reste vom Vorgänger beseitigt werden bevor diese genutzt werden konnte. Der Grill / Grillrost könnte auch mal ersetzt werden, der sieht nicht mehr appetitlich aus, sodass wir auf Grillabende verzichtet haben.Da dies jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten sind, hatten wir eine alles in allem eine tolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus.Vielen Dank!

Die Beschreibung des Hauses entspricht zu 100% den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, eine Superkommunikation. Und wir durften sie am Abreisetag kennenlernen. Der Name des Hauses "Sehnsuchtsort" ist absolut passend. Hier wird die Sehnsucht nach Mehr und Meer geweckt. Auch für das nächste Jahr ist bereits die Buchung erfolgt. ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!!

Urlaub Ostsee

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Die Dusche hat einen schmalen Eingang, dieses ist auf der Beschreibung beschrieben und man kann sich für die Aufenthaltsdauer damit gut helfen. Auch für ein kleines Kind zeigte sich die Wohnung geeignet. Kleine Besonderheiten konnten direkt mit der Vermieterin geklärt werden. Sie war sehr freundlich. Auch von weiter weg hat sie sich schnell gekümmert. Wir sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Ort und auch der Strand waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit haben wir leider etwas schlechter bewerten müssen, da bei betreten der Wohnung der Tisch noch mit Brötchenkrümel bestreut war und auch der Boden war etwas dreckig. Nachdem einmal durchgesaugt und durchgemischt wurde, war jedoch alles in bester Ordnung. Wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt.

...schöne Tage an der See...

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Sehnen! Das Häuschen war sehr ins Detail zum Meer eingerichtet und hatte einen besonders schönen Flair! Die Räumlichkeiten sind für 6 Personen ausgestattet! In wenigen Gehminuten ist mam direkt am Hafen von Niendorf und am Strand! ...wir kommen gerne wieder...

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Ein wirklich uriges schönes Haus. Sehr gemütlich und alles da, was man benötigt. Kurzer Fussweg zum Strand, Bäcker und Restaurants. Genug Platz für alle. Was uns nicht bewusst war, dass ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zum Nächsten ist. Gut geschlafen haben wir trotzdem. Vielen Dank!

Ein Haus mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Der Kontakt war direkt über die Gastgeberin und super freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr schön aufgeteilt. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön hergerichtet. Wegen der Sturmflut konnten wir einen Tag gar nicht raus und konnten die Wohlfühlmomente im Haus vor dem Kamin in vollen Zügen genießen. Hier vermisst man wirklich nichts. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin über kurze Wege jederzeit möglich war, und sie sich am Tag nach der Sturmflut bei uns meldete. Von unserer Seite absolut empfehlenswert!
