Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem Zustand vor Ort. Leider befinden sich die Apartments im 1.OG direkt unter dem mit diversen Wasserschäden versehenen Dach. Die Fenster können kaum geöffnet werden, die Luft ist nicht zumutbar. Außerdem waren die Handtücher und die „Küche“ dreckig. Wir mussten leider vorzeitig unseren Urlaub abbrechen, da wir keine Nacht länger in dem Apartment bleiben konnten/wollten.

Nicht für Business geeignet ! Service schlecht !

Generell war die Wohnung zentral gelegen und sehr sauber. Die Matratze war nach meinem Geschmack bisschen weich. Küche könnte mehr Ausstattung haben. Die Vermietung ist per Telefon nicht zu erreichen. Eine Antwort per SMS gibt es nicht. Und per Email wartet man auch paar Tage. Für Geschäftsreisende würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Denn es wird nur eine Rechnung über den Betrag erstellt, den sie von Expedia (Hotels.com) erhalten !

Die Buchung war problemlos. Aber die Angabe, dass man Schlüssel und die ggf. noch offene Rechnung in einem Hotel abholen soll- war fehlerhaft. Auch die Kommunikation über die App war miserabel. Ich habe nicht eine Email rechtzeitig erhalten. Danke trotzdem an meine Vermieterin, die das alles schnell gelöst hat. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wurde renoviert. Leider keine Küche- nur Geschirr. Das Aussengelände muss dringend erneuert werden. Abstellplätze für E-Bikes nicht sicher genug. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind Stellplätze an der Straße- aber ok. WLAN funktioniert leider nur schlecht. Wenn alles renoviert, Garten und auch alle Wohnungen renoviert sind, wäre alles ok. Aber da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Schönes Unterkunft

Das Haus befindet sich in eine gute ruhiger Lager. Nah am Bahnhof und nah an Innenstadt und Meer. Gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man kann gut vor der Haustüre Parken. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett.

Leider Dachgeschoss mit schräge, die Dachfenster konnten nur bei trochenen Wetter geöffnet werden. Da das Wetter wechselhaft war hatte ich am Abend 30 Grad im Zimmer. Der Ventilator war auf der niedrigsten Stufe so stark, das ich ihn in der Nacht abschalten musste.

Sehr kleines Zimmer keine Aussicht ca 4 km vom Frühstücks Hotel entfernt. Sehr gestört hat uns die Baustelle im gesamten Erdgeschoss dadurch sehr viel Staub und Lärm im gesamten Haus

War OK... Aber das war es dann auch...

Der erste Schock war die Baustelle im Haus... Hat man uns nicht drauf hingewiesen... Wir wurden gleich mit Lärm empfangen konnten uns kaum unterhalten... Am nächsten Tag durften wir Gratis frühstücken.... Die Unterkunft war nicht sehr einladend.. Grad auch vor der Türe... Wenn man eine Baustelle hat kann man ha trotzdem alles sauber halten.. Damit sich die Gäste wohl fühlen... Aber gut... Jetzt zu der Jahreszeit ist alles sehr dunkel und am Haus kein Licht was anging....Mein Partner musste auch im Treppenaufgang vorgehen damit überhaupt etwas anging... Naja kam wohl alles zusammen..wir waren nur froh das wir viel unterwegs waren... Es kam uns halt so vor das mal schnell Zimmer entstanden sind aber dat war es.. Sind noch viele Dinge die überarbeitet werden müssten... Aber ich denke das ist net unser Problem... War ok aber müssen wir nicht nochmal haben.... Und die Duschen waren laut... Wir müssten schon schmunzeln.. Weil man es im Nebenzimmer auch gehört hat... Also ich würde nie in der Hauptzeit hier buchen.. Viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt... 7 Tage für ca. 1200,-....niemals...da haben wir schönere Unterkünfte gesehen...Staubsauger wäre cool gewesen... und fürs Bad.. Badvorleger oder Abzieher wären schön gewesen... Hätte nie für ne Zwischenreinigung bezahlt...
