Welcome to the 3-room duplex apartment in Timmendorfer Strand. With 58 m² of space on the first floor, you can comfortably enjoy your vacation with 2 adults and 3 children.

The stylishly furnished living room features a cozy couch area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, leading through the inviting dining area to the open kitchenette. There you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your vacation, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony, where you can take a deep breath of Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

The children’s room is furnished with a French bed (140 x 200 cm) for two children, a TV that does not receive any channels (intended for a game console you bring with you, e.g., an older model of a PlayStation), and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.

A staircase leads to the master bedroom, which features a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a TV (public broadcasters only), and an additional sofa bed for another child; this room is separated from the living room by a door. Velux roller blinds provide a comfortable night’s sleep by blocking out the light.

Newly installed bike racks are available next to the house.

Of course, a parking space is also reserved for you, accessible via Poststraße.
Wi-Fi is included (no refunds or replacements in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.

Beachfront park for the whole family: The 2–3-room apartments, ranging from 46 to 70 m², are comfortably furnished for up to 5 people. You can enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the terrace or balcony.

The communal basement features a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

A parking space is reserved for you at the building, and you’ll also find a bike rack here.

The beach is just 200 meters away. A bakery and the town center are right nearby. Various exclusive shops, cozy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to browse and enjoy.

Just 7 kilometers away is the Karls Adventure Village. There’s something for everyone here: a potato-sack slide, a creative workshop, a play area, as well as a coffee pot exhibition, a “Piep” show, and a farmers’ market.
