Nette FeWo nahe am Strand
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt am Timmendorfer Strand. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ebenfalls war alles vorhanden, wie es in der Liste der Anzeige drin steht.
Aber:
Als wir ankamen mussten wir feststellen, dass das Internet nicht verfügbar war. Auf Rückfrage bei der Agentur haben wir die Info bekommen, das das WLAN schon länger defekt ist (und schon bekannt war) und es sich noch hinzieht, bis wieder das WLAN verfügbar ist.
Es ist wirklich sehr ärgerlich, dass die Agentur dies bewusst nicht im Vorfeld kommuniziert hat. Denn eine Woche vorher kam in der Info Mail folgender Passus dazu:
"Sofern Verbindungsprobleme auftreten, ist XXX bemüht, diese zu beheben.
Schadensersatzansprüche des Mieters sind insoweit ausgeschlossen.
Des Weiteren gab es im Haupthaus einen Waschraum. Dieser war mit EINER Waschmaschine und EINEM (defekten) Trockner für die ganzen Wohnungen ausgestattet. Auch hier wurde wieder verschwiegen, dass der Trockner defekt ist. Im Laufe unserer Ferienwoche kam zwar ein neuer an, allerdings wurde dieser nicht angeschlossen.
Als Fazit kann man festhalten. Die Lage ist wirklich super, man hat einen separaten Eingang und einen Stellplatz direkt vor Ort. Die Kommunikation über fehlende oder defekte Sachen muss definitiv verbessert werden.
