I called prior to booking the hotel to ask if there’s a washer/dryer onsite that we can utilize. When I came to the hotel the check in staff said there was no available washer/dryer onsite and we would have to pay them to do our laundry. Honestly this wouldn’t have been an issue if they just told me before I booked it so I can schedule time during our trip to do laundry elsewhere.

The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The room was immaculate. Its a fairly new property so no visible wear and tear. 10 out of 10.

let me start by saying the hotel manger (an asian man) was amazing and had great customer service skills.. it’s one of the only reasons i am giving it 2 stars instead of 1.: no toothpaste, microwave or handsoap in the room for 300 a night !?? food was awful … so called free complimentary american breakfast was awful .. bacon was cooked so hard it tasted like paper.. called the front desk option on the phone several times with no answer … order glass of wine and it was 15 and barely hit half the glass.. vodka mixed drink was more and tasted nothing but juice and ice lol . overall not worth the money .. if it was 120 a night i MAY have understood!! but NO MAAM.. i literally threw 320 in the garbage .. horrible and to smack the name marriott on it is even worse

The hotel is very convenient, clean and very comfortable. The thoughtfulness and compassion of staff is so appreciated in the untimeliness of this trip. Kamari and Saski went above and beyond their duties to ensure our transition and stay at this hotel was seamless. Will be staying here again

Excellent airport hotel

Brand new property. Ideally located next to airport. Front desk staff and management were excellent. No liquor license yet and restaurant staff was friendly but not very attentive. Restaurant also out of many items (such as Coke/pepsi).
