The property offers WiFi and a washing machine for your convenience. Each of the 7 bathrooms is equipped with a shower. There’s 4 outdoor cameras.3 pointing to the street and one to the parking lot .There a maintenance man living on site.He has his separate private entrance located in the back.Its isolated from the rest of the house.He keeps to himself and is there to assist if needed.5 minutes away is the world famous lobster village.Theres hiking at cerro coronel which the base of the mountain is located minutes away.You can go swimming at Albercas Guzman water park also located minutes away.Ruta el medano which is famous for there restaurant is minutes away.Villa de Guadalupe (wineries) is a 30 minute drive.Ensenada is a 33 mile drive.San Diego is a 30 mile drive.We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our fabulous new construction container home.
