The Space:
This is a beautiful two story condo has five bedrooms with smart TV in each one, five full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, dining room and two balconies with a gorgeous180 degree ocean view.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in a very convenient part of the famous Popotla Blvd.
There are restaurants, craft shops and a convenience store within walking distance. We are just 5 minutes south of downtown Rosarito, 15 minutes north of the famous lobster town Puerto Nuevo, and 45 minutes from the beautiful wine region Valle de Guadalupe, you surely won't run out of things to do and watch.

Getting Around:
Public transport can be easily secured right in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay. Guest list (10 maximum including children) must be registered 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Upon arriving at the complex, guests must pay $25.00 (in cash) plus $2.00 per person for the use of amenities, and the security guard will give each person a bracelet (this is a mandatory requirement to stay at this complex).

There's surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes.

HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation.

There's construction going on in the tower next door Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm
