The views from this condo are amazing. The unit is spacious and well equipped for guests. Some minor issues with delayed communication upon arrival, but everything was sorted out. Have made some suggestions for a few updates that will make this property even better than it already is. Thanks for hosting us!

Very disappointed

From the start I had issues with paying in full for the week and the property representative insisted I never paid, despite me giving him banking information. Upon arrival could not check in, our name was not given to Secutity. We checked in late after our agreed 3p check in. We received only 1 roll of TP for 2 bathrooms, for 8 guests. Towels provided were all stained with bleach and wet. Ceiling fans were not working. Sliding mesh doors were broken and falling off. It was a hot week and no AC or working fans. Leaving patio doors open to ventilate and no working sliding doors resulted in many flies inside the house. Water pressure was very low and water spill on the floor from the refrigerator. The elevator was not working and we our building 2 had no pavement parking. We pretty much had to off-road over dirt areas to park. I contacted the Vrbo property manager and reported all. Said a Repsir person was going to come but never did. My family waited all day and nobody arrived. I contend the Vrbo manager x5 and I was completely dismissed. I have booked multiple VRBO vacations and have never had an issue. This property and property managers at this location were absolutely horrible and dismissive. I will never stay at the property again.
