Owner not responsive

Drove to the location no response from owner no cancellation notice we just couldn’t get into the place. We were without a place to stay the whole weekend we had to figure things out. Spent most of trip on the phone with VRBO lots of hang up calls horrible.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2024
