Loved the beach amenities like hammocks and beach side food and drink. Love that yoga is available on the weekend but needs to be promoted or advertised better. Felt like I was in a mini resort. Don't like the location of the pool in the parking lot. Room amenities were not great. Not enough towels, no hangers in closet, and 1st floor room can hear everything going on upstairs. Propert is very clean and well kept. Love the staff at reception and the restaurant. Will come back again for sure!

I liked the easy access to the beach and the overall view of the facilities. I didn’t like the bathroom of the room we got because the toilet cover was dirty, old, and scraped, and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The shower door was small, rusty, and moldy. We were waken up by the fire alarm beeping, which they didn’t fix until the next day (someone just came and took it out). The view from the room was great through the glass door, but there was no screen door so our first night we were eaten by mosquitoes. We told housekeeper the next day and she said she was going to talk to management to see if we could switch rooms, since the place was nearly empty, but that didn’t happen. At the end of our stay, we shared our experience with the guy that was there, he just told us “oh too bad, but next time you can just reserve a different room”. We will not be going there anymore.

Book the hotel due to the reviews that it was excellent, however the experience was different. While the view was nice the room was completely different than advertised. It had very little amenities, there was no refrigerator, microwave, iron, or coat hangers. The internet was also terrible, me and my fiancée had to move to one particular spot in the room which was the bathroom in order to get internet signal. They also advertised that free breakfast was included, we went for breakfast and saw a breakfast buffet however we were told that our included breakfast only included eggs and that’s it. Not even a water or coffee. They also told us that the beach was included with our stay but when we went down to enjoy it the workers told us that we couldn’t use it unless we bought something and the prices were overpriced. Overall a very misleading experience from the hotel.

The room had a strong smell of sewage. We told the receptionist that gave us an air freshener, but the smell continued. We also found trash under the bathroom sink and at 8am there was a lot of noise was an event that was being held directly in front of the rooms. However, it has a beautiful view, it’s in a great location, and has several food options. I will probably give it another chance and hope they resolve the concerns for future visits.

A/C was broken, from a room people were using prior and we waited on to vacate, where it could have been identified the the a/c was broken. Took 30 minutes to get a fan at 1130 pm. Rooms are overpriced and overly different for the same price tier (friends stayed in the same type of room next to us for 30% more space and half the cost). There was an overall nonchalant approach to service. No accommodations were made for these issues else I would review differently.
