Perfect vacation house, spacious and family friendly with fully equipped kitchen. Gated community with HOA 24 hour security. Security patrols all night in vehicles and bicycles. Very quiet neighborhood. Approximately 5 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to the San Yisidro boarder and 15 minutes to Puerto Nuevo.
Also 30 minutes away from the wineries (Valle De Guadalupe). These wineries have amazing views

Beautiful escape

Our family stayed at this beautiful property for the long holiday weekend and enjoyed the amount of space, the cleanliness and it was only 8 minutes away from downtown Rosarito Beach! We are definitely returning.

This property is beautiful and the owner is very helpful and accessible by phone when you have a question. We booked this house when my daughter was getting married in Rosarita. It housed my husband and I, 3 grown daughters, their husbands, 3 grandchildren, my parents, and the bride to be before her wedding. The space was perfect, the house is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Amazing Home!!!!

Very beautiful and clean corner house. You can smell the cleaningness. Plenty of spacious rooms and restrooms. Giant kitchen space with seating. Two great spaces to lounge, upstairs and downstairs. Gated security community. Right off Highway 1. Minutes to Rosarito and very close to Puerto Nuevo! 😊Karina was very helpful and accommodating on any questions we needed answered right away! You wont be disappointed!!!!!!

Wonderful experience

The property owners were very nice and helpful. They also made themselves available if we had any questions during our trip and they ensured we got there safely.
