It was a surprise to have a very good hotel in San Ysidro
We staid for one night and it was nice, the pool was open from 9am to 10pm, so it was nice we got to relax and cool off until 10pm. I will stay again.

Didn’t clean rooms due to COVID restrictions, but didn’t inform anyone of this. No continental breakfast which was advertised. Staff very indifferent to my questions.
In general I like to stay at this hotel unfortunately but for covid 19 safety the pool was not open and my kids wanted to go really bad to swim other than that everything was good
The room was very nice. Appears rooms were recently updated. Definitely would stay here again.

Though room service may be given every other day, we do provide fresh towels and other amenities as requested or needed. We try to ensure all customer stay is as comfortable as possible.
