Personnel sympathique, hôtel calme.Les produits du petit déjeuner sont de qualité moyenne.L'état général de l’hôtel est vraiment moyen : moquette usée ainsi que le mobilier. Nous avions informé de notre arrivée vers 3h du matin. Nous avons reçu un mail nous précisant que la porte de l'hotel serait ouverte et que la clé de notre chambre et le "bip" du parking serait sur le comptoir. A notre arrivée à cette heure très tardive, il n'y avait ni clé , ni bip sur le comptoir.Nous avons réussi à joindre le veilleur de nuit ( qui était en congé et qui nous a aimablement répondu) qui a avertit la directrice. Cette dernière se rend compte après vérification que la chambre prévue n'était pas ...prête. Elle nous attribue une nouvelle chambre, où elle avait laissé la porte ouverte pour l'aérer, car une odeur d'égout désagréable flottait. A 3h30 du matin, nous avons donc pris possession d'une chambre, et fermer la fenêtre car il faisait -10 degrés.Cependant, l'odeur nauséabonde ( qui venait de la salle de bains) était insupportable, et nous nous sommes rendus compte que les draps et la couverture en étaient imprégnés. Nous avons donc dû rouvrir la fenêtre....Le matin nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, ce qui fût fait.Lorsque que nous avons croisé la directrice et évoqué ce point avec elle, elle nous a répondu qu'elle avait bien remarqué qu'il y avait une mauvaise odeur. mais cela ne l'a pas empêché de nous attribuer la chambre. Cette attitude est -elle professionnelle ?

Bonjour, Nous avions choisi votre hôtel pour la piscine, qui était malheureusement froide, ainsi que les hammams éteints. Nous sommes déçus d'avoir payé le prix pour ne pas avoir de services. Si nous avions su à l'avance, nous aurions pris un logement moins cher car nous avions choisi le prix pour les services... Autrement l'hôtel est très bien placé, très propre, l'accueil est super agréable, et les chambres sont très agréables ! :)

Je ne fais jamais de commentaire , mais là je vais donner le fond de ma pensée. Hotel l'Ecrin, très très déçu par cet hébergement et malgré un accueil correct.: pas de wifi, pas de piscine correctement chauffé ( environ 20°), pas de café le dernier matin... hotel qui a du avoir ces beaux jours. Mais à ce jour, grosse désillusion. Concernant la responsable, elle vous dit oui à tout et trouve des raisons à ces déconvenues

Bel hôtel, ambiance chalet, accueil agréable, chambre propre et confortable, sanitaire et salle de bain également. Accueil super. Dommage qu'il soit nécessaire de payer l'acces à la piscine en supplément et que celle ci soit à peine chauffée ( séjour d un Week end le 17-18 juillet par temps froid et humide pour la saison + redémarrage après 14 mois d'inactivité cause covid )

Ancien cgh rachete par une chaine anglaise mark warner , le personnel ne parle qu anglais et l hotel n est pas soigné. C est une auberge de jeunes maintenant, ce n est pas un hotel, restaurant horriblement bruyant, plats imposés , une deception.
