Rustico Balòt 21 - Theater Home, with pool and lake view
The unique position of the rustic Balòt 21 with a very fascinating view of Lake Garda, makes it not only a destination for relaxation but a starting point for many excursions, to get to know Garda and its hinterland.
The house is located in the historic center of Olzano (Tignale) and is spread over three floors. A very large and bright environment just to recreate the light of the beautiful days that Lake Garda offers throughout the season, an ideal accommodation if you need space but at the same time privacy.
"Balòt 21" is furnished with different styles and furniture to give character to your holiday too
The house is a rustic of about 200 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. It consists of a large living room with an ancient fireplace, a kitchen equipped with all comforts, 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a balcony on the mezzanine floor and a terrace on the third floor with a wonderful lake view. For the car there are two municipal car parks a few meters away.
Comforts include induction cooker with extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, German coffee machine and espresso machine, toaster, mixer, courtesy set in the kitchen and in the bathroom, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, clothesline, umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers. In the apartment there are vacuum cleaners, heating, air conditioning, camping cot for children, high chair, small bicycle repair shop, compressor, bicycle stands with padlocks, safe and welcome gift.
Free access to the swimming pool of another residence about 300 meters from the apartment.

Ein sehr schönes und interessantes Ferienhaus, in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage und viel Platz.
Die Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum.
Und Abends gemütlich vor dem Kamin sitzen.

Perfektes Haus
Ein super schönes Haus mit dem Charm aus Alt und Neu! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, dem Service war auch nichts entgegenzusetzten, auch dieser war perfekt und sehr sehr freundlich. Was anzumerken ist sind die hohen Kosten für Heizung, die extra dazu kommen. Es gibt aber auch einen Pelletsofen den haben wir genutzt, dazu konnten wir uns die Pellets nach bedarf aus dem kleinen Einkaufsladen wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt selbst besorgen.
Die Terasse war übringens unser Highlight. Etwas ungewöhlicher aufstiegt ;-) aber mega gemacht und der Ausblick wahnsinn.

Ein Traumhaus für Familienurlaub am Gardasee
Das Haus befindet sich in dem idyllischen Dorf Gardola, welches auf einem Berg zwischen Limone und Gargnano am westlichen Ufer des Gardasees liegt. Im Dorf bekommt man alles was man braucht, insbesondere die guten Restaurants mit günstigen Preisen im Vergleich zu den Restaurants direkt am Gardasee. Das Haus ist sehr groß und jedes Schlafzimmer hat eigenes Badezimmer. Das ist ein altes Haus mit moderner Ausstattung. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Agentur Reboma hat ein Büro im Dorfzentrum. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit einer WhatsApp-Nummer bekommt man jede Zeit schnelle Hilfe. Das Haus würde ich jeder Familie empfehlen, die am Gardasee Urlaub machen möchte.
