Das Objekt hat eine schöne Lage. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach eingerichtet. Der Fernseher war defekt, ebenfalls die Klospülung. Das Personal idt sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen... man kann es dazu buchen.

Wir waren das vierte Mal in der Residence La Rotonda (Ferienwohnung), wir waren bisher immer zufrieden auch wenn die Anlage ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, leider war die Sauberkeit des Appartments diesmal mangelhaft, die Toilette und die Dusche und die Spiegel waren gar nicht gereinigt und vom Zustand der Toilettenbürste möchte ich gar nicht reden. In manchen Räumen hingen Spinnenweben in allen Ecken und unter dem Doppelbett des Schlafzimmers lag eine dicke Staubschicht. Außerdem war die Unterkunft bei Anreise nicht fertig. Anreise ist von 16:00 bis 18:00, wir waren um 16:30 am Appartment. Außerdem waren die Betten nicht komplett abgezogen und es waren noch die Überzüge der Vorgänger drauf. Im Appartment waren bei unserer Ankunft drei Frauen am "putzen", wenn man das überhaupt so bezeichnen kann. Außerdem fehlte der Stöpsel der Küchenspüle und kleine Löffel beim Besteck. Die beiden Sachen wurden von den Damen in der Rezeption aber umgehend geregelt. In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich auch sagen das man in der Rezeption immer sehr freundlich empfangen und behandelt wird und einem bei Problemen immer um Lösungen bemüht ist. Ausser der Rezeption möchte ich noch die Pizzaria im Residence La Rotonda hervorheben, das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich und das Essen sehr gut, das ganze bei einer tollen Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Leider hatten wir im laufe des Urlaubs noch ein Problem mit der Dusche, explizit mit dem warmen Wasser. Gegen mitte der Woch war es nicht mehr möglich das alle mitreisenden warmes Wasser hatten, teilweise kam nur noch ein dünner Rinnsahl aus der Leitung. Duch das neustarten des Boilers konnte das Problem immer kurzzeitig zum fertigduschen behoben werden. Das Problem wurde ebenso an der Rezeption gemeldet damit die Nachfolger vielleicht mehr Glück haben.
