The spacious apartment "Il Patio" is located on a side street of the panoramic road that leads to the district of Aer. Lake Garda is approx. 7 km away. The apartment was tastefully renovated in summer 2021 and equipped with every comfort. The apartment has its own entrance and has its own large terrace. From this you have a wonderful unobstructed view of Lake Garda and the opposite Monte Baldo. You can either linger on the terrace seating area or comfortably on the lounge in the sheltered loggia and enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Garda. The two sun loungers in the lower area of ​​the terrace invite you to sunbathe. Due to the unique location of the apartment, a large parasol and the mild summer wind that blows over the terrace, it never gets too hot on the terrace. There is also a parking space in the partial shade belonging to the apartment.

The apartment has a living / dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, an adjoining room with a single bed and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom is separated from the adjoining room with an archway. An additional cot is also available.

The adjoining rock wall in the storage room in the rear part of the apartment ensures a pleasantly cool room climate in the apartment even on hot days.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Mein Mann, ich und unser ahnde hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft, weit ab des Touri-Trubels. Wer es ehr ruhig möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der tolle Blick von der Terrasse auf den See und die Berge hat jeden Tag den Start in den Tag perfekt gemacht. Wir haben unser Auto eine Woche lang nicht bewegt da es mehr als genug Wanderungen direkt von der Wohnung aus gab. Auch unser Hund hat sich sichtlich wohl gefühlt und den Ausblick auf der Terrasse genossen. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Fällt mir so spontan nichts ein.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die FeWo hat eine angenehme Größe und verfügt über eine sehr schöne große Terrasse, mit Sonnenliegen, gemütlicher Sitzecke im Schatten, sowie einem Tisch mit Stühlen an dem man wunderbar Kaffee trinken kann oder einfach seine Mahlzeit genießen kann. Der Blick ist traumhaft schön. Die Willkommenstüten in Küche und Bad fanden wir sehr schön. Ggf dort noch einen Tab für die Geschirrspülmaschine rein legen. Der Innenbereich ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab ein Doppelbett und durch eine Schiebetür getrennt, noch ein einzelnes Zimmer. Es war alles sauber. Wirklich auszusetzen gibt es nichts. Nur als Info: Die Matratze rechts müsste getauscht werden. Ich lag in einer Kuhle,was unangenehm war. Bitte Topflappen organisieren. Die Töpfe werden durch das Kochen mit Gas sehr sehr heiß.
