The holiday flat was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residence. The domicile is popular also because of the view of the lake from the property and the sunny location by the water. Available for use: sunshade, sunlounger, children’s playground and garden furniture. ++PETS: Only one small pet up to a maximum of 40 cm is allowed on request. They are not permitted in the restaurant, at the pool or in the wellness area. €5.00 per day++ The washing machine is not located directly in the accommodation, but in a communal area of the residence. It can be used there for a fee.

Heating is available from 05.04.2025 to 30.04.2025 and from 15.10.2025 to 01.11.2025. The accommodation can be located on different floors and accordingly has either a balcony or a terrace. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette, TV and the holiday flat could have a balcony, terrace or garden. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer) and microwave. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, telephone, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. 4x German language programs available

Tignale. The holiday flat is located in a residence. The residence is situated in an exclusive location with a view of the beautiful Lake Garda; every day offers a new panorama and a new emotion. Our rooms and apartments enjoy all the services of the complex, a place where diverse needs such as relaxation, sport and family holidays can be satisfied. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. One parking space per apartment is included; the fee for an additional parking space is €7.00 per day. The garage is intended for motorbikes only.

A heater is available during the periods 05/04/2025–30/04/2025 and 15/10/2025 to 01/11/2025. Cot, internet access (Wi‑Fi), telephone and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite. 4x German-language channels available.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 7 m x 15 m, 1.4 m deep). Children's pool (3 m x 3 m). Indoor pool (available from mid-September to mid-May, heated, 8 m x 4 m, 1.4 m deep). The indoor pool is located in the hotel area and is closed when the outdoor pool is in operation.
