Tignale, district of Gardola, 600 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located in a holiday complex, on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, iron, and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite. There are some German channels in addition to the Italian ones.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operating from early April to early October, saltwater, heatable, 3.5 m x 9 m, 1.30 m deep). Upon request, guests can also use the swimming pools (indoor and outdoor pools) of our Residence Ruculì in Oldesio di Tignale, approximately 1 km away.
