The apartment, a three-room unit on the ground floor of about 65 sqm, is tastefully furnished and designed to offer maximum comfort. It features a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious private terrace — perfect for breakfast outdoors, relaxing moments, or dinners with a view.
Among the amenities at your disposal: a TV with Italian channels for relaxing evenings, a reliable Wi-Fi connection throughout the apartment, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need — gas stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, as well as practical small appliances like a pod coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A private parking space on site is also included, so you can simply focus on enjoying your holiday.
