The Bellevue apartment is located in Tignale, about 400 metres above the lake level in an exclusive position that gives us a magnificent 180° view.
The relaxation and the view from the balcony are truly unique.
If you are looking for a quiet place away from the traffic, where you can relax in the special nature of Lake Garda, go hiking and practice various sports, this flat is right for you.
Equipped with all comforts, the flat can accommodate up to 4 people in two separate bedrooms.
The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In the kitchen you will find a kettle, a coffee machine,a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave at your disposal.
Bellevue apartment is located on the first floor and has a private parking space for your car. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

The house is located in the district of Oldesio in Tignale. In just a few minutes' walk (approx. 1 kilometer but steep) or drive (approx. 2 kilometers) from the center of Gardola you will find everything you need for daily needs such as bakers, butchers, supermarkets, newspaper and tobacco products, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants and the post office, Bank, gas station, doctor and pharmacy! There is also a weekly market and, during the season, various interesting events such as a medieval market, music events, guided hikes, art exhibitions and much more!

Nette kleine Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und schön gelegen. Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Die wesentlichen Dinge wie eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und ein Restaurant sind um die Ecke. Der Strand ist gut über den Bus oder auch mit dem Auto erreichbar, zu Fuß ist es wohl etwas anstrengend. Uns hat es in der Wohnung gut gefallen.

Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht

Wer den See nicht 10m vor der Nase haben muss und kein Problem damit hat ein paar Meter Serpentinen zu seiner Unterkunft zu fahren, der kann sich auf ein angenehmes Apartment in ruhiger Lage und einer echt schönen Balkonaussicht freuen.
