Villa Malva is a contemporary property in a favourable location, just 5 minutes walk from Matagorda Beach, the shopping centre, plus plenty of places to eat and drink. This 3 bedroom villa is furnished in a neutral but stylish manner with plenty of natural light throughout plus your own private pool. What's more, the vibrant resort of Puerto del Carmen as well as it's Strip is just 5 minutes' away by car. WiFi, pool heating, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

The villa is located in Matagorda close to the Beatriz Playa Hotel, just a stone's throw from the beach and the amazing promenade that runs all along the coast from Arrecife to Puerto del Carmen Old Town. There are restaurants, shops and bars just 5 minutes' walk away in the Matagorda Shopping Centre too - what's not to love? The lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, as well as its Strip where you will find a huge choice of shops and places to eat, is only 5 minutes' drive away.

Main pool: 6 x 3 mtr, 1.1 - 1.3 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
