Villa Calma by Villa Plus

Villa Calma is a centrally located sea view villa. It is a pleasant 4 bedroom property in a great location - an excellent choice of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found by the harbour and in the old town, 10 minutes on foot. What's more the main Strip and beaches are around 20 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by car. The villa is spacious and has a private pool. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Calma is a semi-detached property located in a residential area behind the old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen. There are shops, bars and restaurants - some overlooking the harbour -10 minutes on foot Plus, the beaches of Playa Chica and Playa Grande are 20 minutes' walk or 5 minutes in a car. Our Villa Siesta is next door.

Main pool: 6.5 x 3.5 mtr, 1.2 - 1.8 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
