Villa Atlantico Mar is a spacious 2 bedroom property located in the heart of Matagorda. It is the perfect place to relax with a wonderful covered terrace, private pool and a great, light open plan living space. You’ll be a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, Playa Lima, and 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Matagorda, with all its shops and restaurants. The villa has a lovely outside area with a private swimming pool, covered terrace, homely interiors, and all on 1 level. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Located in a residential area, Villa Atlantico Mar is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Matagorda. You’ll have a great variety of shops and restaurants to choose from parallel to the main promenade. Just 5 minutes’ walk from the villa is the popular sandy beach of Playa Lima, and the beautiful beaches of Playa Pocillos and Playa Grande are within 10 minutes’ drive. You’re also 10 minutes’ drive from the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen, the perfect spot for retail therapy, or trying the wealth of bars and restaurants.
