If you don't want to hire a car on your holiday Villa Arte is a fantastic choice. This pleasant property is located only 800 yards away from the shops, bars and restaurants, plus the sandy beach of Playa Grande is just a little bit further. What's more, the old town and harbour are 20 minutes' walk away. Back at the villa you will have spacious interiors, a private swimming pool and a separate games room. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.

Villa Arte is within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and Playa Grande Beach in the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen. This villa is an ideal choice if you want all the resort amenities on your doorstep. What's more, the old town and harbour are 20 minutes' walk away and the fashionable Puerto Calero Marina, which is famous for its designer shops and chic yachts is only 10 minutes taxi ride away. Villa Arte sits between our Villas Geria and Arco Iris.
