This beautiful modern 1 bedroom apartment is finished to a high standard with everything you should need. It is situated in tropical, well maintained gardens, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. A 10 minute stroll will take you to the many restaurants, shops and forms of night life you could ask for. The local supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment has recently been fully refurbished and provides a brand new fully equipped kitchen including an oven and hob, fridge & freezer.
The complex is situated near the San Antonio Hotel in a peaceful complex. On the complex are two pools and with a plentiful supply of sunbeds and umbrellas, this makes it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. With the airport only a 10 minute journey by car and all of Lanzarote's main tourist attractions all within easy reach, this really is the perfect accommodation for a great holiday. The apartment has everything you require including a bathroom with walk-in marble shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge. freezer and microwave. Nice location in a well kept complex

Small compact apartment that has been refurbished nicely but could do with some updating here and there since refurbishment, such as the chairs on the patio the seats of which are small, short and uncomfortable. The bed linen and pillows could do with renewing also.Tv! Live BBC, ITV, channels were mostly unobtainable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a nice apartment in a pleasant complex with a nice pool and poolside and we look forward to returning in February.

Apartment was clean and tidy, and the access to both the park and the property were very simple to use. Feel that twin beds would be more comfortable due to the heat. Unfortunately the ceiling lighting in the bedroom was not working, but the fan was.

We had a lovely week in the property. It was spotless and anything you need was there, even things I wasn’t expecting like sun chairs for the beach. There is one thing that would make us think twice about returning, that is no AC.. It was quite difficult to sleep at night with the heat & leaving windows & door open cause noise issues.

Great two week stay

We stayed in Claire’s apartment for 13 nights. Great apartment in a lovely and convenient location. There is everything in the apartment that you could possibly need for your holiday. The complex is very friendly and well looked after. The Pool Is very deep but lovely for a cooling swim, there are always plenty of sunbeds whatever time of day you choose to sit outside.

My daughter and I stayed in Claire’s apartment for 10 days. It was a home from home. It was spotless and had everything in it that you would have needed. Great pool area and everyone was very friendly. It was also very close to the beach and shops. Would definitely stay in it again.
