With a beautiful decoration with attention to detail and a large terrace, where you can sunbathe and relax. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, ideal for families. With Smart TV and Wifi Internet, this property is perfect for a unique holiday in Lanzarote.

This bright and spacious apartament, located a few minutes walk from the beach and the promenade in Puerto del Carmen, can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for families, groups of friends, couples and business trips, as it has Wifi Internet Fiber at 300mb, designed for teleworking. It has 2 large double bedrooms, the main one with a comfortable double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. A full bathroom with shower, a nice fully equipped kitchen with all appliances open to the spacious living-dining room, which has Smart TV with international channels,and access to the spectacular terrace of the house where you can have lunch, relax, take a dip in the private pool, sunbathe and enjoy a delicious lunch on the barbecue.

A privileged location, with the beach and the promenade 10 minutes walk from the house, only 5 minutes drive from Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park and 8 minutes drive from the airport. Surrounded by miles of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.
