Beautiful Finca, great holiday

The apartment is spacious, beautiful and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Great views from the outside sitting areas. It was almost perfect for us - our only downside was that it was not possible to walk to eating places because of a dark, busy road.

February break at Apartment La Finca

This is a beautiful apartment - spotlessly clean and very well maintained - perfect location for relaxing with beautiful views and a short walk to paths that take you to numerous locations along the coast (or to bus stops if you prefer). Host Monica lives in the main house and was on hand if we needed her only so our stay was very private and quiet. Lovely welcome with wine, fresh flowers and chocolate. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Fantastische Wohnung!

Liebe Mónica, danke für den netten Empfang, Blumen, Wein & sogar Kuchen gab es am Sonntag. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Perfekt ist die Lage - absolut ruhig und trotzdem gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Durch die Ausrichtung der Terasse konnte man Sonne vom Aufgang bis zum Untergang genießen. Perfect !

We had a wonderful 8 night stay. Communication was easy throughout, Monica & family were welcoming and happy to help in any way they could. The apartment is on the ground floor with the owners living above although our paths rarely crossed and our privacy was totally respected. The apartment was beautiful and the setting was fantastic, the view we will miss very much. 5 min drive to the spar for essentials, 7 min drive to Puerto Calero for delicious food, 10 min drive to Puerto Del Carmen/Matagorda beaches, 35min drive to Papagayo beach and close to the LZ2 highway for easy access to the airport & national park. Da stimmt alles. Traumhafte Ruhe, Ausblick, sehr freundliche Vermietung. Ein Mietwagen wäre empfehlenswert, aber auch ohne befindet sich gleich in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle. Bei der Anfahrt bitte beachten, dass sie kurz nach der Bushaltestelle an den Müllcontainern rechts in die Straße einbiegen müssen, bis zum Stop-Schild fahren, dann rechts abbiegen und gleich nach ca. 10 Meter wieder rechts, trotz Einbahnstraßenverbotsschild, bis zum Ende, also zum Urlaubsdomizil direkt darauf zu fahren.

Liebe Monica, danke für die Eure wunderschöne, gemütliche und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet und Dein Empfang sehr herzlich. Es blieben keine Fragen offen, ansonsten hatten wir keine Zweifel, dass wir bei Dir und Deiner Familie ‚Hilfe‘ bekommen hätten. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, auch deshalb, weil das Bett ganz hervorragend war, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Insel ist so vielfältig, es gibt unglaublich schöne Dinge zu sehen. Danke für Deine Tipps. Das Kochen in der gut ausgestatteten Küche hat viel Spaß gemacht. Es gibt aber auch einige Restaurants in der Nähe, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten ein Auto für die komplette Zeit, waren dadurch beweglich und konnten alles erkunden. Nachmittags, abends haben wir die Zeit auf der gemütlichen Terrasse genossen, vor allem die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge! Danke für alles. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Totale Erholung, ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man schnell am Meer, zentral Lage, um mit dem Auto vielen schönen Zielen der Insel zu erreichen, kurzere Wege zum Einkaufen usw. ; Sehr nette Vermieter

Wir wurden von der Familie super nett empfangen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Abgeschiedenheit und trotzdem sehr gute Erreichbarkeit in alle Richtungen empfanden wir als toll. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jederzeit würden wir wiederkommen.

Pour un très bon séjour à Lanzarote

Accueil très chaleureux avec de quoi se désaltérer à l'arrivée et un bon vin à déguster. Location très propre, bien aménagée et bien équipée. Très bonne literie. Un petit peu retiré, mais endroit très calme et reposant avec une vue superbe depuis la terrasse.

Wonderful welcome to a restful and stress free location.

From our arrival at the airport, where we were met by Jose Antonio and Sawu , the kindness, help and understanding ensured that we were happy and contented. I was slightly under the weather when I arrived however Monica suggested a visit to the Hospiten where I was diagnosed as having Pneumonia and admitted as a patient. Following intensive care I was discharged after a week. During all this time Christine stayed at La Finca where Monica was so kind and helpful, especially running Christine to the Hospiten. The views and location of our apartment, along with the comfortable furnishings especially the delightful bed were memorable. All I can say to JoseAntonio, Monica, Danielle and Sawu is mucho mucho gratias for all your helo and kindness. Love Anthony and Christine

Eine tolle Wohnung für 2 Personen die wir nur weiterempfehlen können

Wir sind gerade aus unserm 10 tägigen Urlaub ( vom 12.02. bis 23.02.2017 ) in dieser Finca zurück gekehrt. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang von der Inhaberin Monica. Im Apartment standen Vasen mit 1 Rose im Badezimmer und im Wohnzimmer, alles roch herrlich nach frisch geputzt und Aloe-Vera Duftstäbchen. Auf dem Esstisch stand eine Schale mit Aepfel und Bananen, eine Flasche Mineralwasser und eine Flasche Weisswein aus Lanzarote. Die Wohnung ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt definitiv an rein gar nichts. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, sobald man eintritt. Die Bilder geben genau das her, wie es in Wirklichkeit ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist toll eingerichtet, ein ganz komfortables Bett und wunderschöne Bettwäsche drauf. Im Schrank sind genügend Tücher, Bettwäsche und Küchentücher zum Wechseln. Ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett und sogar eine kleine Heizung falls es mal etwas frisch wird.( Ich hatte bei der Buchung angegeben, dass es mir im Winter immer so kalt in den Wohnungen auf Lanzarote sei .Darum hatten wir 3 Decken und ein kleine Heizung zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen, wir haben jedoch die Heizung nur einige Male kurz angemacht, denn es war in dieser Wohnung definitif weder kalt noch feucht ) Die Terrasse ist wunderbar, schattige sowie sonnige Plätze, ein Tisch, 2 bequeme Stühle, und 2 ganz gute Liegen, die bei der schönen Aussicht ( Meer, Berge, Insel Fuerteventura ) dazu einladen, längere Zeit dort zu verbringen. Monica hat uns sogar nach 2 Tagen mit einem ganz tollen selbstgemachten Zitronenkuchen überrascht. Man liegt in diesem Apartment abseits von der Hektik und doch ist alles gut und schnell zu erreichen. Puerto del Carmen ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Geschäfte in denen man sich alles für den Aufenthalt kaufen kann. Wir können dieses Apartment zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage, eine schöne Wohnung , nette Inhaber....da steht einer Erholung wirklich nichts mehr im Wege.
