Find another hotel

We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19.

Wonderful accommodation! The service was great and every issue we had was resolved quickly by the staff. The surrounding area is limited in terms of other facilities so you only have the hotel restaurant and one other to choose from. We chose to eat at this hotel and were not disappointed, great food! There is a play park opposite with a lake to wall around which was great for the kids and adults to stretch our legs and enjoy the mountain air. A highlight to the start of our skiing holiday for sure.. Thank you!!

Great little spot

Had a good stay at the hotel ,food is good and the staff nice ,balance for my stay was taken from my card without my consent ,poor excuse given for this from girl behind front desk,annoying.

Mountain views

We arrived very late having made a last min booking on route. Hotel was clean, comfortable & friendly. Rooms we stayed in were chalet style with a view of the mountains. We had to go looking for dinner outside the hotel as food was not available on the evenings we stayed, which was a little tiresome after a long days drive. But overall we would be happy to stay again

One of my favourite rooms, very charming.

Flew into Geneva and needed a place to stay for one night on our way to Chamonix. Arrived very late to the hotel after a delayed flight and an awful rental car experience. Was worried we weren't going to be able to access our room, but the hotel had arranged a key for us. We were so grateful to be able to sleep in a bed, and not the car. The room itself was very nice. We booked the triple, we were a couple travelling with a friend. The exposed beams made the room very charming. The single bed was in it's own little nook and had a wall that provided privacy. The in room coffee and tea was nice in the morning. Not the best view but the balcony provided fresh air and the beds were very comfy.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. The views are great, resturant in the hotel. We did not see the hotel staff a lot, but they were friendly and spoke English when we did see them.

Great Hotel for business or pleasure

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. Spoke excellent english and could not be more helpful. Room and ensuite modern and very clean. About half an hour to some great ski resorts. The in house restaurant is also exceptional. We will be going back!!

charming mountain-style hotel... overpriced tho

Overall we enjoyed the hotel and its cute "chalet" décor but it is overpriced and the restaurant is massively expensive for what it is. The town, Thyez/Cluses, lacks any charm whatsoever. Pretty park with lakes in front.

Room very well furnished with modern fittings

We stayed at the hotel for one night as a stop over on a long drive from England to Italy. It was a perfect location for us not far from the major route but set in pretty area with a lake and mountains. We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast which was very nice. Found the atmosphere of a smaller hotel to be much friendlier than some large hotels.

Ne merite pas 4 etoiles. Déçu du personnel dans l' ensemble. Personnel réuni autour du buffet du petit dejeuner pour papoter que l'on semble déranger à notre arrivée. Personnel à l'accueil qui a une veste non entretenue pleine de pelicules et qui devant nous au check out participe à une visio conférence pour un recrutement sans nous prevenir et nous expliquer l'origine du brouhaha. Femmes de chambre qui répondent à peine à notre bonjour .Chambre petite pour un 4 étoiles . Prestation du restaurant satisfaisante dans un cadre agréable mais la charcuterie n'était pas de qualité pour un restaurant en Savoie.
