Modern renovated farmhouse in the Pyrenees, large outdoor space & large pool

The Tourmalet farmhouse is one of 3 properties in a complex situated in a quiet village in the Pyrenees, with the nearest town (Tournay) only 7km away. The property has been beautifully converted from the original farmhouse and retains its original features such as exposed stone walls and beams whilst being fully updated with all the modern conveniences you could require for your stay. The large kitchen has a range cooker and fantastic work-island, the lounge-diner has a woodburning stove and original fireplace. Upstairs are 3 large, beamed bedrooms, one being ensuite and all with views over the grounds and across to the Pyrenees. Outside, you have your own private outdoor space to dine, BBQ or soak up the sun, as well as access to a further outdoor eating space which seats 15+ guests. The pool (12m x 6m) and its sun terrace are also on site and offer the perfect location to chill out after your day's adventure.

This property is both family and pet friendly with plenty to do both on site and within the local area. Explore country lanes by bike or foot, wander to the local lakes for a spot of fishing or take a picnic and enjoy the views. Want to venture further afield? There are markets in our local towns almost every day, or why not head up into the Pyrenean mountains made famous by the Tour de France and UNESCO sites.

Perfect in both summer and winter - this is a great location from which to explore the Pyrenees or simply just to relax.

Belle maison au calme

La maison est très agréable, il y a beaucoup de place, elle est bien meublée (simplement mais confortablement) et très propre. Le jardin est joli et bien entretenu et les espaces communs (BBQ et table extérieure, piscine) sont mis à la disposition des locataires. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, il n'y a rien à redire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Juste garder en tête qu'il faut une voiture ou un moyen de locomotion pour pouvoir se déplacer et faire les courses car la maison est située dans un tout petit village.
