Gîte agréable, à l'étage les chambres sont confortables et très belles, agencées avec gout.Le rez de chaussé est dans sont jus, mériterait éventuellement un petit coup de rafraichissement.Echange téléphonique avec l'hôte très conviviale, bonne expérience pret à y retourner pour un nouveau séjour.

BonjourMaison très agréable et bon rapport qualité-prix.Les point d'amélioration ou décevants pour nous:- très peu de vaisselle (peu d'assiettes, 1 seul saladier, pas de planche à découper, pas d'essoreuse à salade..)- pas d'accès à la place de parking de la maison- pas de congélateur ou de freezerDe même, il est écrit qu'il y a un barbecue mais attention il est au gaz et d'ailleurs ils avaient oublié de le sortir et donc ils ont dû appeler le voisin pour qu'il gère, ce qu'il a fait et de manière réactive et sympathique.L'organisation des chambres est très sympa mais effectivement, le lit superposé des enfants est très bruyant. En revanche la literie des autres chambres est très agréable, de qualité et les chambres sont spacieuses. La maison chauffe bien si besoin Maison sans wifi, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé du tout.Enfin la maison est assez bien placée dans la mesure où elle est proche des différents sites comme Guedelon ou la maison de Colette par exemple, pour autant il n'y a aucun commerce accessible à pieds, mais cela n'a pas été problématique pour nous.

Lilas sensatisfaction

-odeur de renfermé qui persiste -vétusté des équipements -électricité pas aux normes -propreté générale (80€ de ménage trop élevé) + installations extérieures inutilisables : toiles d'araignées dans toute la maison, champignons sur les poutres, cafard, salpêtre au mur -fenêtre cassée dans une chambre -mobilier douteux -descriptif et photos imprécises (pas de photos des lieux les moins avenants) -absence de linge de maison, non précisé dans l'annonce -absence de volets à la SBD de l'étage -cuisine dans un état de grande vétusté -cafetière senseo inutilisable pour cause de saleté -impossibilité de garer 2 véhicules devant la maison sans gêner la circulation dans la rue alors qu'un espace existe à coté de la maison mais est inaccessible car fermé par un cadenas (+ garage fermé par une clé non fournie) -gros problèmes de communication avec le propriétaire qui tarde à répondre voire ignore les messages. Le code pour récupérer la clé a été communiqué à 15h55 pour une intégration à 16H. -lave-vaisselle n'a pas fonctionné, vaisselle faite à la main avec la seule éponge trouvée sur place mais bien sûr pas essuyée car pas de torchon pour le faire, vaisselle laissée à sécher dans le lave vaisselle.

Bon séjour ds la région Mais:forte humidité et odeur d'humidité dans la maison ,porte de WC ne ferme pas gonflée par l'humidité .porte sous évier par terre..... Très bon gîte, au calme, bien aménagé sans vis à vis avec une terrasse très agréable. Bien situé, proche de Saint -Fargeau, du lac du Bourdon, Boutissaint etc ... Beaucoup de jouets et jeux de société, parfait pour les enfants ! Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous recommandons !
