Your Three Rivers adventure begins at this fabulous 3-bedroom house with your own private river access and spectacular views. Enjoy the extra amenities including an EV Charger, Fireplace, Wi-Fi, plus a washer and dryer! Look no more! Enjoy your time in Three Rivers at THIS gorgeous location.

Our home offers stunning views of the Kaweah River and the Sierra Nevada Mountain. It also provides access to a deep swimming hole, a very unique feature as many parts of the Kaweah River do not have swimming holes!

The open-concept floor plan features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom, offering incredible views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Sequoia National Park. The dining area includes a large table with eight-person seating and a fully stocked kitchen. A large deck with a grill and propane provides an outside dining area with stunning views of Sequoia National Park. For those cool evenings, you can enjoy a fire in our wood-burning stove.

The home offers three bedrooms with ceiling fans and two and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Close the bedroom door and you can relax on the loveseat or chair for extra privacy or time away from the kids.

Bedroom two has a queen bed with closet space and dressers to up pack and stay a while. This bedroom shares an en suite Jack and Jill bathroom. The shower is shared with the other bedroom. Your vanity and commode are en suite and private when you close the door to the shower area.

Bedroom three has a queen bed plus a closet and dresser space. Across the hall from the third bedroom is the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Other amenities include an EV Charger located in the garage, wall-hung television with Cable, forced heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer. WIFI is throughout the house and on the deck, providing entertainment and connectivity for your family and friends. You will also find Corn Hole, lounge chairs on the deck, and beach chairs in the garage.

Please note: Access to the river does require walking down a flight of stairs and a short walk on a dirt trail. This not a graded path.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. We enjoyed this wonderful home overlooking the river with relaxing sounds and easy access to everything we wanted to visit in the national parks. The views are stunning and nature's wonders are soul stirring.

Your home was amazing. My only regret is that we had a packed schedule of hikes and did not realize how peaceful and all that this home had to offer. We would have enjoyed an extra day or two of swimming and wading in the river down below. We did do this but only had 3 hours to do so. I loved how the master bedroom was on the opposite end of the home and was a retreat in itself. The outdoor deck was equally amazing.

We had a wonderful visit to Three Rivers. The house & deck are beautiful & the kitchen had all amenities needed for preparing family meals. Beautiful stargazing from deck. We used this as a home base to explore Sequoia National Park. Recommend highly!

Amazing Location and Home

My family stayed at this home for one week while we visited Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. It was awesome and was not a couple minutes from the Sequoia NP entrance! The deck was huge and had the best views of the river and mountains. This layout worked really well for us. Each of our kids has their own bedroom and the Jack & Jill bedrooms gave them great privacy. The huge windows in the living room and master bedroom had the best views out over the back patio. We had plenty of space in the fridge and cooked most of our meals in the spacious kitchen. We also used the spacious garage for our large SUV. The best part was the private access to the river with an awesome fishing and swimming home. Our kids caught their first fish ever using Power Bait. They were so excited. There are really good restaurants in Three Rivers and a couple small stores. Nearby Visalia has everything else you need including Walmart super stores and Costco. On one of our off days we also rented kayaks and a paddle boat on Lake Kaweah which was super fun. There were a couple issues with the home that we had to call about, but the owner, Dennis, lives super close and was very responsive and respectful of us. If we ever go back to Sequoia NP we will definitely be staying at this beautiful home again.

We cannot say enough great things about this house! The location cannot be beat- not only is it close to the gates of Sequoia, but the river-front aspect was so much fun for our family. We spent lots of time skipping rocks, wading, and fishing right out the back door. The porch was lovely and was our spot for watching sunsets and wildlife each night. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. We did not want to leave!!! We thought we would be spending all day every day at the national parks but we ended up enjoying the time spent at the property just as much. Great memories for sure.The property manager was also very kind and thorough and quick to respond to initial questions. We hope we make it back to stay here again one day!

Sequoia Getaway

Came here for a short getaway to sequoia national park for Mother’s Day. Mom loved the place we picked, plenty of room for everyone to stay and a nice big family room/dining room for game night. Huge windows offer great views. WiFi was great, good connection for everyone. Access to the river was a super short trail down from the balcony, very private, we didn’t see any other people around the river the whole time we were there. Perfect place to cool down after hiking in Sequoia. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Now of course the very best part was the view. The balcony offers a clear view of Moro rock in the distance and of the river. Also saw some hawks and deer.
