We had an awesome time staying at this property. It's right on a beautiful section of the river and really close to the main gate to Sequoia NP. The house is also really close to the village of Three Rivers with the following all within a five-minute drive: food markets, a frozen yogurt place, gas stations, a bar/grill with outdoor seating on a deck overlooking the river, a Pizza Factory, etc. It is in a super convenient location but when on the property you are in a secluded and beautiful environment. We spent 4 nights in the house with two of our kids and their families, including 6 grandkids and had a wonderful time. The host was awesome and very responsive. Highly recommended!!! (side-note - when we were looking to book several months ago, we noted a low rating transferred over from another booking service. We investigated and found the reviewer had a "one-off" issue and, in our opinion, posted a very unfair review.)
