We had an amazing stay! Grocery and coffee were just a short trip into town. Mark had everything we needed in the home, including bug spray, and even a few quick snacks we took into Sequoia.

This is our first time to visit Sequioa National Park and wanted to stay in a cabin so we can cook, get more privacy and do as we please without disturbing anyone and we chose this cabin. We had a great stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew we're getting what we wanted and grilled dinner right away!It has all you need to get a good night sleep after hiking the park. It's close to the grocery store, some restaurants and the recreational park which we visited on our first day too. It's like living in a farm land where a deer, a couple of rabbits, plenty of squirrels, turkeys and other birds roam freely - we loved it! Another plus is there's a horse farm nearby that we enjoyed going to and watching the horses play every afternoon too!

We really liked how close this was to Sequoia National Park. The house was perfect for 2 adults. It was very cute and clean. I REALLY enjoyed watching the wildlife on the property, you could always see some type of critter when looking out a window. We saw quail, turkey, rabbits, squirrels, and dear during our 2 night stay. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive!

This cabin was perfect for our time visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. The place was clean and spacious and had everything we needed in terms of utilities. The hosts were great and provided very detailed instructions on how to find the place. Everything was cozy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here as a home base for the national parks! I would stay here again.

Sequoia Pit Stop

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and clean and quite cool, all very important requirements on our part. Now, the not so good. The location while easy to find was in the middle of a field and not very visually appealing. The water had a slight sulfur smell to it both from the kitchen and the bathroom. There were also a few flies that were slightly bothersome to us. All in all, though I would probably stay here again.

Not the best

There were some positives, and some negatives. Positives: Cleanliness, good wi-fi, close to Sequoia/KIngs Canyon area, close to townNegatives: Hot water isn't hot, only lukewarm and takes a good 5 minutes or more of running to become lukewarm, address listing is wrong (listed as 40711, when it's actually 40730) which made finding the place most difficult, bed is somewhat uncomfortable (a mattress topper would have helped a lot), no toaster, punch in lock didn't work properly. I will say that none of the negatives were deal-breakers, just very awkward and could have been improved. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay.

Overnight after visiting Sequoia National Park

We very much enjoyed our stay at Bears Eye View after a long day exploring Sequoia National Park. We were so tired and hot and dusty and it was great to have a nice space to get cleaned up and relax. We had to push on first thing in the morning so were unable to explore the property.

Comfort near the tall tall trees

Perfect place to stay near Sequoia NP. It had everything I needed, including a washer and dryer for my clothes post-hiking the snow melt in Sequoia. Quiet and secluded location right outside the entrance to the NP. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely little cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and cozy cabin. We enjoyed the WiFi and television viewing. We didn’t stay long enough to really enjoy the view but what we saw was very pleasant. The property was a little hard to find but overall it was good.

Great Place to Stay for Sequoia and Kings Canyon

This place is perfect if you are planning on visiting Sequoia NP and Kings Canyon NP. The house is private and very clean. The host was easy to reach and provided us with tips for our stay. If I'm back in that area I would stay there again.
