The looks from the website to what we got were very different. The only thing that looked the same was the pool area. We were left with 1 small shampoo and 1 small conditioner in our room for a family of 3. We went to the front desk to ask for more and got attitude when we asked for more. We also asked for more pillows as we were only left with one each that were small like cardboard. Again, the front desk staff huffed and sighed but eventually gave us the pillow. When we took a shower the shower head squeaked so loud that we could hear it from other the bedroom. It gave a rocket ship noise. We felt so dirty sleeping in the rooms. The beds were insanely lumpy and felt that the bed was going to collapse on the floor when turning over. Thankfully we won’t ever be returning to the Drumheller area and will never be staying or suggesting this hotel to anyone!

Our Family holiday to visit Alberta .

As a family we enjoyed our stay. It was awesome having coffee available & the ice machine . We spent time at the Tyrell museum & did the Hodooes & also the Calgary zoo I t was always a great treat to have a pool available when we came back from adventuring . I forgot to mention having breakfast available & for so many hours before our day of travel .

We really liked our stay! We had a great time- if they would have had a waffle maker and mix it would have been a 5 stars from us but sadly the breakfast just was very mediocre (still food to eat but just lukewarm potato wedges) etc. pool was fantastic!! would definitely stay again!

My boys absolutely loved the pool and waterslide. Friendly hotel staff. Our room was big and clean. My only complaint would be that the air conditioner in our room was extremely noisey. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Family Motel

The manager and staff were extraordinarily attentive and eager to please. The room and fixtures were spotless with many newer fixtures in the room including bathroom counter, sink and shower stall. The only negative is that the vinyl flooring in bathroom was not replaced at time of the reno and looked a little tired - minor criticism. The free breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety to choose from including 3 or 4 hot dishes and was surprised at a different selection on the second day. During breakfast was steady cleaning and replenishing from the staff with care beyond what I've seen in a motel. This is a family run business and they have pride in providing quality guest service/experience. I would take the family back in a minute.

Giving a okay review simply becasue our room was adjacent the pool and the noise echoed pretty bad. The room itself was nice and clean, the bathroom had some rust areas. The staff were pleasant, my only negative comment is when we were getting ready to check out, I decided to grab a coffee for the road and got asked kinda rudely if "I needed help with something!" Which I replied just getting coffee. He watched me until I left the dinning area.
